Drop in Stretch~Strength~Mobility Class

Mondays 7-8pm

One hour of learning how our muscles should work to move our bodies with the least amount of discomfort.  Learn our compensation patterns and fix them. Use muscles how they are designed to be used. Get a strong happy body.  This class is for all levels from beginner to the seasoned athlete.  And at just $10 how can you say no?
